September Minerds Bell Newsletter

Client Bulletin

from Natalie Bordun Senior Financial Planner Minerds Bell Consultancy Group

Hi and welcome to our September bulletin.

We thought we would give you a change this month and begin to introduce you to the other Senior Financial Planners here at Minerds Bell.

I’m Natalie Bordun and I’d be well known to some of you, but not others. I’ve been a financial planner for over 15 years, 7 of these with Andrew and the team at Minerds Bell. I’m a certified financial planner and an Accredited Aged care specialist. I have the pleasure of looking after 150 of our clients, provide them with a broad range of advice to keep them on track with their plans.

It’s been another busy month for us that included Andrew’s 50th birthday! We celebrated in here by filling his office with balloons, sharing cake and all chipping in so he and Tanya can get away overnight.

One area I would like to talk about is the importance of Aged Care planning. What I’m talking about here is moving into a retirement village or an aged care facility.

This can be a confusing and emotional time. Aged care choices are complex and making the wrong decisions can come at a high price, financially and emotionally. Unfortunately, most people don’t think about aged care until they, or their parents must move because of their deteriorating health. This makes the situation incredibly stressful and any financial planning opportunities are missed.

Whether you want to understand the aged care options for yourself or are enquiring on behalf of a loved one, I can help by explaining the Aged Care environment, providing an analysis of aged care strategy options, or undertake a comprehensive analysis of all options based on your own situation to provide you with some guidance on the best way forward.

Please do contact me if this is an area that’s relevant for you or a family member.

Lastly, we’ve included some articles we hope you find of interest.
