2022 February Minerds Bell Newsletter

Client Bulletin

from Andrew Harris principal of Minerds Bell Consultancy Group

Hi, welcome to 2022.

I hope you had a happy and safe Christmas and New Year.

2021 is behind us and we are looking forward to working with you again this year. There are a few things to bring you up to date on.

Covid – still

Covid 19 remains with us and to help protect you and the team from contracting the new variant or becoming a close contact, we have put our Covid Management plan in place again until further notice.

This means conducting our meetings over the phone or internet where we can and rostering our advice team so Daran, Nat, Will and myself are only working in the office with our Assistants one day per week. We are doing this to limit the potential spread of Covid amongst ourselves and eliminate the chance of us all becoming “close contacts” of each other which would further disrupt our services.

Please bear with the team as we make things look as “normal” as possible from your perspective in supporting you.

Beddoes Client Experience Survey

Towards the end of last year, the Beddoes Institute ran our third Client Experience Survey. The others being in 2017 and 2019. Completing the survey took about 15 minutes and I’d like to send a special thank you to those who completed it for us.

These surveys give us important feedback from you on how we are performing in providing advice and services to you and compare our “scores” in several areas against other high performing financial planning advice businesses.

We performed very well in most areas. I am particularly proud of the trust you place in our advisers. However, these is still some work to do

In summary, our results were as follows:

New Adviser

Behind the scenes, the requirements to provide high quality financial advice and services continue to increase. There has also been an increase in the number of people seeking advice. The combination of these two factors were beginning to stretch our resources.

I’m thrilled to announce the appointment of Robert Daniele to our advice team as a Financial Planner. Robert is fully qualified and has over 5 years’ experience. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and an Advanced diploma in Financial Planning.

Robert will be a great addition to the team, helping us to manage the increased demand for new advice.

The team and I look forward to catching up with you during the year.

That’s all for now.
