Client Experience Survey Results

This year we engaged the Beddoes Institute to undertake an independent survey with a selection of our clients about our performance in seven key areas. Pleasingly, we exceeded “High Performance” benchmarks in six of these.

In response to feedback we are doing a couple of things:

1. Promoting our Adviser Assistants as a valuable “go to” person at Minerds Bell

Our Assistants are experienced and familiar with your file and can help you with most enquiries or for information requests. In most cases, as our Advisers are often in client meetings, their Assistant will be able to attend to your questions provide information without the need to call you back. Of course, if your call is relating to advice, your adviser will attend to it as soon as they are able to.

2. Providing helpful information more often

We have reviewed the content of our Newsletters and will strive to ensure we include information that’s likely to be relevant to you, including Investment Market updates, changes in Super or Centrelink we think may be important to you, and Team news. We have also updated our website which we will shortly launch.

Most Trusted Adviser status

Based on a Trust Rating from client responses, we are thrilled that Andrew Harris, Natalie Bordun, Adrian Loader and Daran Thompson have been awarded “Most Trusted Adviser” status by the independent body, the Beddoes Institute. Beddoes is focused on helping consumers find advisers that have been highly ranked by their clients as being able to go above and beyond when providing client services.

Mortgage Advice

We are proud of our newest Adviser, Will Nicodin, who has just completed the study required to obtain his Mortgage Broking Certification. Will can assist you or your family members with new or existing mortgages. A great addition to the business.

Team News

Over the year our team has expanded in numbers, including three new Adviser Assistants, Estelle, Helen and Tao. Who are now assisting Natalie Bordun, Andrew Harris & Adrian Loader respectively.

We have also welcomed a new paraplanner Erin who joins Kim in our paraplanning team. Erin is very experienced and together with Kim give us great behind the scenes technical support in formulating new and on-going advice for you.

We’ve also created a new admin support role, appointing Rose Worden to help us keep on top of the many transactions and associated paperwork and other records we need. Rose supports the team and assists out George Bullen on reception so you may speak to Rose from time to time.
